I said the indictment against me was flawed and inaccurate. Some believed me and some didn’t. A federal judge did. I don’t need to show all my records publicly for my innocence, but I will show a glance. I am on central time and the indictment is in eastern time (1hr difference)

It does in fact mean that the judge finds inadequate evidence of guilt to continue trial...hence not guilty. You have to prove guilt in this country. Not Innocence.
