While the exact numbers aren't very exact for 1970, for the years later, they are more clear: See https://t.co/dV3GQEeKbI for more info.

Your phone is more powerful than the computer used to launch Apollo 13, and I think most of us know that. What's interesting though is that your phone has about 10x the amount of memory which was available GLOBALLY at the time of the Apollo 13!

Started using @tryvoiceink recently for voice-to-text, and it's great, and love the affordable (no subscription!) and open source model! I've tested it at a conference today, and it's: - super accurate (the model hears better than me) - runs locally (though online models are

After @unclebobmartin "less than ideal" experiences with Grok, I gave #opencode and Grok Code Fast 1 a shot. I love it. OpenCode is an amazing experience, must be a skills issue ;) Grok managed to find an unused YML file, and write an implementation for it by itself.

The Tesla Robotaxi app is available (v25.11.5-6194) in Australia. The network seems to be offline at this moment, and the support phone number points to a US phone number.

I tried aiming for a max $10 price per month, and Hetzner clearly wins on value; for nearly half the price, you get twice the cores with generally faster per-core performance. Hetzner delivers roughly 4x the CPU value per dollar. This isn't a reflection yet of our production

For a new project I'm working on, I wanted to do a comparison between the price/performance of Digital Ocean, #Vultr, and #Hetzner. Unfortunately, DO decided to block me for unknown reasons and their support is non responsive, so I ended up comparing only Vultr and Hetzner:

Traction, by Gabriel Weinberg (DuckDuckGo) and Justin Mares is such a good read. I'll employ some of their advice for my next project and share results #buildinpublic

Claude Code makes refactoring easy. We had some legacy naming and inconsistencies in our ~100 REST endpoints, used by mobile and web frontends. 1 prompt and later, all tests passed, only a few minor issues which could be fixed quickly. The speed of development is amazing. #ai

https://t.co/jHi64M9I4r needs more love. It's a great framework agnostic specification for almost any test tool out there to create a standard test output format. Supports Playwright, Junit, Cypress and a whole lot more!

Most features take less than a day to implement. A "claim your business" feature took us less than a day (10+ screens, backend logic, db migrations, document verification, role based system, etc) at the cost of around 5000 lines of code in a single day.

The modular monolith codebase of our startup just broke 100.000 lines of code (65% #React frontend, 30% #Kotlin backend, the rest etc). The frontend is mostly vibe coded (design and ux), and so far Claude Code shows no struggles. Compile often is key though.
