The new year saw two outstanding youth councillors , Rhiana Ciuperca and Jacques Prinsloo receive the EFYC certificate for outstanding achievements. Well done. Rhiana designed the vaping awareness survey. Jacques has 100% attendance. Outstanding .Accomplishments - well done .
