Fun Fact: Ezzim is named for @zimmermaneric, one of our professors advising on Epitaph. Our characters were feeling too complicated, so Eric suggested we make something simple, like "one with an axe who just hits people with the axe." So we did, and Ezzim was born.

Down Ability: Execute. Ezzim brings down his axe on the target in front of him, dealing critical damage if the target is injured. Execute is a straightforward ability, but extremely effective. Try to queue up some damage right before Execute to make sure there's no escape.

Up Ability: Backswing. Ezzim reaches back with his axe and hooks the character behind him, swapping spaces with them. Backswing is a great way to catch enemies who try to dodge away from you, and its short cooldown means you can use it to set up future attacks.

Meet the Reapers #13: Ezzim, the Executioner. Ezzim was the headsman of a murderous king, but lost his own head in the revolution and now works as the Reaper of Brutality. Ezzim is a deadly melee attacker, punishing injured opponents and sending them to an early grave.

Down Ability: Headbutt. Unch barrels forward and crashes into the nearest target, knocking them back and dealing bonus damage if they are facing him. Headbutt can apply some hurt if your opponent isn't careful - try to catch them on cooldown so they can't turn away!

Up Ability: Inhale. Unch breathes in and sucks up the furthest enemy to the next open spot. Inhale can cause positioning problems all over the map, and is great for accessing the enemy's backline whether they like it or not.

Meet the Reapers #12: Unch, the Glutton. Unch is the spirit of a primordial beast who has collected the souls of every creature eaten for millennia. He is a powerful tank, controlling space by both knocking away opponents and dragging them into his team.

Down Ability: Immolate. Phernus calls up flames around her furthest ally, dealing critical damage if Phernus is standing next to an Ally. Immolate is an excellent follow-up to an ally's charge, but Phernus can also cast it on herself in a pinch for a bit of point-blank damage.

Up Ability: Backdraft. Phernus throws out a fireball, damaging whoever it hits and knocking her backwards. Backdraft can let Phernus dodge opposing combos, but also deals enough base damage to be effective when she can't land her other abilities.

Meet the Reapers #11: Phernus. Phernus is the soul of the first human to discover fire, and now guides the souls of others taken by fire as the Reaper of Flames. She is a ranged attacker who thrives on the support of her allies, both for targeting and amplifying her damage.

Down Ability: Zap. Rikami calls down lightning, striking the first character it hits and dealing Critical Damage if that character is isolated. Zap combos well with big movement abilities, either pulling a target away from friends or taking an ally out at the last second.

Up Ability: Jolt. Rikami sends out a bolt of static, moving the first character it hits one space forward. Jolt is a great way to trick opponents into bad moves, break up combos, or just close that last bit of distance for a melee attacker.

Meet the Reapers #10: Rikami, the Stormcaller. A precocious child who was banished for her powers, Rikami now gathers the fallen as the Reaper of Storms. Rikami is a tricky ranged attacker who can nudge opponents out of position and then punish them for being isolated.
