Hubli-Dharwad already hosts IIT and several premier institutions, while South Karnataka enjoys access to many top educational centres. It’s time RAICHUR got an AIIMS. North Karnataka deserves equal if not greater opportunities. Governance cannot remain Bengaluru centric.
