I met my youngerself for tea.He sat in the sun I sat in shade.I spoke of worries he spoke of dreams.I showed him my scars he showed me his sketches.I laughed at his jokes he groaned at mine.I said goodbye he said hello.We sat companiably, different stages of the same journey.
