Upon gathering more information, I have altered my opinion. This isn’t related to anything, I just wanted to type this on the internet and hit post and see if I get vaporized.

Side note: can anyone DM me examples of shafts they think have an obvious spine in them? Welded tube steel shafts?

I’d like to gauge public perception before I do a thorough breakdown of this topic. Spining shafts:

You’ve seen plaques that immortalize legendary golf shots. How about this plaque commemorating Arnie’s legendary meltdown in 1961?

I can’t be the only sicko with a long, nonsensical list of swing thoughts in their phone that worked well for 1 round? 😄

If I’m buying a new driver the stock shaft+grip are nearly worthless to me. I’m popping it on my shaft. If full price is $620, I’d happily choose $600 for head only. Maybe even $610. Save that crappy shaft. Shipping cost goes down. Everybody wins? What is stopping this?

Scottie Scheffler. Most consistent player on the planet. This overlay is fascinating. Despite every opportunity & temptation to rebuild his swing, the man has believed and committed to this action. First ballot swing your swing guy. https://t.co/ICwA4rD5Ld

ATTN Dawn Patrol Warriors: If you hit a glow ball with driver, you might discover a cracked face when the sun comes out on the 3rd tee. (I.e. most glow balls are very hard. Be careful out there.)

Dig your fingernail into a urethane cover ball (ProV), you'll make a dent. Try an ionomer ball (Amazon), it won't budge. Urethane flexes and grabs into the grooves. High spin and lower launch. Ionomer is hard, so it rolls up the face. Try full wedges, the difference is wild.

I tested ionomer vs. urethane balls with full wedges today and was reminded how astonishingly different they are. For 2 products that appear similar side-by-side, it is a shockingly different golf experience.

Stingers are cool and all, but Rory absolutely has the high draw to go over the rock on this hole at @TGL. 180ft apex. 290 carry is perfect. Just a stock Rory 3w 😄 These are the choices the people want to see! https://t.co/FznuWqzkpU

Rory, when you read this, could you please confirm that you will be taking the high draw line over the rock on Stinger @TGL? 180 apex. 290 carry is a good spot. Just a stock 3w mate. Driver if you want to get crazy.

Careful @GregChalmersPGA, heel weights spin the opposite way in Australia

Give Agustin Piza (@arqpiza) the keys to the car. Let the entire TGL franchise flow through this man.

Listen to designer Agustín Pizá himself explain what makes Stinger, TGL's newest hole design, special. P.S. Rumor has it TGL players have already started challenging each other to see who can hit the lowest stinger 😂

By my recollection, this is the swing that started the shallowing craze. https://t.co/tQfiHobAkM

Why does heel weight help a draw? 1. Gear Effect Shifting the COG towards the heel causes your center/toe shots to twist the club more, imparting more draw spin. 2. Hosel Axis Inertia Inertia is resistance to twisting. Reducing hosel inertia makes the face easier to close.

Searching for a putting identity? Many pros find comfort in a putting stroke that mimics their full swing. Rickie: Draw Arcing, releasing putting stroke. Blade. Morikawa: Fade Strt back strt thru, recent switch to ZT mallet. Bryson: Stiff, calculated. https://t.co/NLzgTYV088
