Following a defeat in the inaugural game against Poland on Saturday, the squad have overcome their disappointment today. Great team spirit and victory in our second game of the group stage. Huge battle against South American side Uruguay, who held us to a 3-2 down at halftime.

Durkin replaces Adam Breeze into the squad. Teenage Callan Durkin has been called into the squad for the forthcoming World Deaf Futsal Championships. It's the first senior international call-up for Durkin, 18, who replaces Adam Breeze, who has withdrawn due to personal reasons.
