11/ I’m disgusted by the discourse this weekend. With Trump supporters believing Trump is being treated worse because of his status and with people against Trump being gleeful. There’s nothing happy about any of it.

10/ People who survive with no major issues should be applauded and recognized for being awesome. I highly doubt that Trump’s experience will be anything like mine or the millions who have to deal with the criminal punishment machine.

9/ Deciding what and when to ask for. Negotiating with a partner about what’s most important. It puts incredible strains on relationships.

8/ Want to be spontaneous and change plans last minute? Not happening. And it may sound not so bad for one event. But try doing it for years.

7/ When/if the officer approved the action plan, then they’d give a paper allowing travel out of the state. The officer might ask to get calls when leaving home , when arriving, then when leaving the place and arriving home.

6/ Want to visit family in another state over Thanksgiving? Better do the action plan by July. What’s the name, age and relation of everyone who will also be there? How will you get there? Who will be traveling with you?.

5/ Action plans had to be started months in advance to give the officer long enough to say yes or no.

4/ solutions to made up problems. It’s an anxious person’s perpetual torture. Then, submit the action plan and the probation officer could still say no.

3/ If I wanted to do something that was prohibited? Prepare a document called an action plan. Describe what it was I was asking for, how I would mitigate risks associated with the event and then listing out all the ways something could go wrong and coming up with.

2/ I was given the news that I was getting a suspended sentence and would be on probation for 5 years. No jail time if I met all the conditions of probation. And there were many conditions.
