How to end stigma? . — TALK ABOUT IT: Talk about your experience. Discuss it openly. A mental illness is just like any other medical condition. — EDUCATE: Educate yourself and those around you. Learn about it, and then speak about it. Stand up, use your voice, END THE STIGMA! +.
