the first thing to do is figure out why you binge. ask yourself what you feel when you usually get urges. is it cuz ur bored? upset? something else? figuring that out will help u come up with good distractions.

⭑ plan things you can do instead of binging
make sure you have smth you can do when the urges come. smth that works for me is writing down what i want, how i feel, and making lists of reasons why i shouldn't binge. writing works for me no matter how im feeling.

when i binge, i go in a trance-like state. if this happens to you, you gotta teach yourself how to snap out of it. it may take a while, but if you try to make a habit of putting down the food before it gets out of hand, slowly you'll see less intense binges.
