Kaftrio in particular has truly revolutionised care, reducing the survival gap between CF and non CF by 82%. Median age of survival has gone from 40 to 66!

So yes, we do need to act smarter! This may involve smart inhalers, but more importantly communicate with patients, ensure they understand the necessity of treatment, identify barriers and concerns for the patient and simplify treatment as much as possible!
