On Monday night I got to see the legendary Steve Vai! A jaw dropping 2.5 hours of virtuosity, a great mix of new and old songs and all at a venue walking distance from my Mum's place 😂

As for the gig, what an outstanding night! I found out later that Hemina were playing through some difficult personal circumstances, but you wouldn't have known it from their performance.
