The Golden Triangle Early College High School coordinated a Suicide Prevention Awareness Walk on our Mayhew campus today. The event coincides with September’s designation as National Suicide Prevention Month. Participants included faculty, staff and students.

Associate Degree Nursing II students participated in an a timed simulation exercise today. Working in teams, the students worked their way through a mock maternity ward, addressing issues encountered by a mother and her infant before, during and after childbirth.

Cooking for a Cause kicked off yesterday on our Scooba campus and continued today on our Golden Triangle campus. During the event to raise funds for EMCC’s Campus Care Closet food samples by EMCC and Sodexo chefs were distributed for free and donations accepted.
