Today’s draft #COP26 draft decision utterly fails to rise to the moment. The time for expressing “alarm & concern” is over - we need urgent action *now* & a pledge to phase out *all* fossil fuels, not just coal, which accounts for less than half the emissions problem.

Yes, PM, we need to *get real* on the #climateemergency But it needs to go much further than coal, cars, cash & trees We need a complete phase out of *all* fossil fuels from today - so show leadership, show you’re serious - and reverse plans for #Cambo oil field #COP26

To say out loud that you're talented is not "arrogant". Loving being in this industry is not "stagey". To say no to the job because your skill set is better than the offer is not "being difficult". To say you need a break is not a "failure". Knowing your worth...that's important!

I don't care if your production is west-end, UK or international tour, cruise ship, fringe or if it's a year long contract or it's for a few days. If you're happy, kind & living your best life then you don't need to prove to ANYONE your worth in our industry!! You're smashing it!
