Moreover, BTC ETF inflows remain healthy, with almost $1B in inflows over the last 2 days alone. BTC treasury companies continue to push forward as well, further adding to the buying pressure.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell has also hinted that while the Fed will not cut rates now, analysts are still forecasting a rate cut this year. Some have predicted a cut as early as September, which could result in a broader market rally.

Nevertheless, BTC has shown tremendous strength coming off the alleviated tensions between Israel and Iran. This is supported by equities pushing higher as well with both the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq rising more than 2% last night.

Bitcoin's mining difficulty is expected to be reduced by 9.37% in the coming days, which could encourage participation from miners, pushing the hashrate back up. If the hashrate continues to fall or remain low, this could signal a longer-term concern for the network.

Bitcoin hashrate has fallen significantly, especially over the last 2 weeks to an 8-month low. Historically, falling hashrate has been perceived as bearish, due to lowered participation in the network and sometimes lowered confidence in the asset.

Aside from Strategy, Japan's MetaPlanet continues their acquisition spree, with plans to amass 210K BTC by 2027. Semler Scientific also released their own target of 105K BTC by 2027 or 0.5% of the BTC total supply.
