We have found that a good team can help to compensate for weaknesses, supporting each other whilst training and mentoring can help to up-skill particular holes. But key strengths, what we often call superpowers, are built over a career.

When hiring - look for a candidate's superpowers. Ben Horowitz cautions not to "hire for lack of weakness, rather than strengths". He explains that it is crucial to place a high value on areas where you need a candidate to be a world class performer.

Had an interesting conversation today about story points achieved in each sprint. If you truly estimate, then you should overestimate as often as you underestimate. Isn't psychological safety the only thing that prevents this? #agile #productdevelopment #psychologicalsafety
