Insane PR by the Github Coding Agent to implement a fix I haven't had time to get to. What impressed me:.- modular design across multiple files.- correctly identified and called the envs ext API.- worked end to end (minus one `await` that was a quick fix).

Th new extension supports UV by default! If you have UV installed, it will default to use UV when creating environments and installing packages!.
@eleanorjboydpy @pierceboggan should support UV and Ruff by default >O.
