1. Yt people still don’t understand that our concept of washing chicken isn’t splattering and drenching it in water. Lemon, lime and vinegar are used. 2. I’m not about to stop cooking the way my ancestors taught us because yt people said so. 3. SANITISE your sink duh

@einepommesbitte Because they don’t understand what we mean by “washing chicken” so they think we are just cross contaminating the kitchen and not sanitising it

@einepommesbitte @jenny_gxo Science also shows acid doesn't kill the bacteria off of meat either. It does, however, tenderise the meat like someone else said.
