Fair Mints, Proven Onchain — with Steel + @boundless_xyz . 1/ Mints are broken. We call them "fair," but they're just a battlefield for gas wars, rewarding bots and whales. The whole system is designed to be gamed. But what if we've been trying to solve it in the wrong place.

So far, @boundless_xyz steel seems to have a few primitives. 1. Block hash.2. Steel commitments .3. Verifiable events as inputs. Block hash identify what block the computation runs on. Steel commitments contain the blockhash and the digest (proof). Think of it as a receipt that a.

Growing as a person (engineer) is understanding that you should be happy not sad when the wheel already exists. The valuable part is solving real problems. Not imaginary ones.

Still playing on ZK coprocessors. @boundless_xyz introduced me to Risc0 Steel. Steel is a ZK coprocessor that enables EVM smart contracts push past their traditional limits. Steel allows you:.- query any block since ethereum dencun.- treat event logs as verifiable inputs.- query.

I saw ethereum coprocessor in @boundless_xyz docs. I had a feel for it but I didn't get it completely. Apparently, it's a just a name for an external system that does computation off-chain and submits the result with cryptographic proof on chain.
