Seattle needs a program like #Spokane’s which allows former commercial properties located in single-family zones to be reactivated into retail. It’s incremental, but it’s already working!
Why aren’t these legal on every corner in Seattle? Also, side note, I’ve ridden my bike past 3 former corner stores in my neighborhood which are now homes (and cannot become stores anymore). Zoning sucks
