The process of building a habit can be divided into 4 steps:.Cue - first indication that we are close to a reward. Craving- It's linked to a desire to change your internal state.Response- Habit that you perform.Reward- Achieving the habit.

Learnings today:.1. Once our habits become automatic, we stop paying attention to what we are doing. 2. Pointing and calling raises your level of awareness from a non conscious habit to a more conscious level by verbalizing your actions.

For example-.You want to achieve a habit of writing. So, you should impersonate yourself as a write. You should call yourself a writer from the very beginning of the journey rather than saying that you want to develop a habit of writing. This makes achieving your goal easier.

@100xDevs Atomic Habit learnings-.3. Stop focusing on your goals, focus on the process/system that it takes to achieve them. You set goals once, and then you start enjoying the process. You lose enjoyment and happiness if you continuously look at the goals.
