This photo hits me hard every time. A moving and fitting service today reflecting on Edwin's life, including some of his commentary. Goodbye to an immense sports broadcaster, wonderful friend and great man. I'll miss you, think of you often, and always remember your kindness.

I felt at ease with him from the very first time I worked with him. He always remembered things about you, your family, your achievements. More recently it's been occasional texts, but his kindness still shone through. I'm struggling to process he's gone. I'll really miss him.

Been thinking a lot about Edwin today. Remembering his frightening ability to record a post-match voice piece in one take, his spotless punctuality at being at the A14 Thrapston services when we were car pooling to head north-west, and just how comfortable you felt around him.

Yesterday we lost a great man. Edwin was an immense commentator, a lovely, kind human being and a great friend who you could chat to for ages about anything and everything. I'm remembering all the special times together. I'm so sad you've gone. Rest in peace, Edwin.

Sorry you had such an awful experience Nathan. We were largely oblivious to the build up. Credit to Wembley stewards for reading the room, gathering numbers and then, when it kicked off, keeping others safe. Hope @theposh can work with Wembley/FA/EFL to take swift & firm action
Thanks again to @edwardssport for offering us seats next to him with his family to get us away from the brawl. It was awful to see things turn so nasty, especially in front of so many young fans and children. #pufc
