Good to see this topic being discussed as many parents are not aware of their right to withdraw their child from religious indoctrination in schools. The Dept of Education needs to stop deflecting and take responsibility for how state-funded schools behave in this area #edchatie.
A Dublin school has said it will review aspects of its ethos statement following a message circulated to parents noting all pupils are required to attend religious ceremonies.
