Today started Year 21. I'm stepping back from administration right now to help reinvent a culture of excellence academically and athleticly at @CHS_CISD as the Assistant Head Football Coach and Head Track Coach. The Dream Team @stredit @theajanisanders T.R.I.B.E. is our motto.

I've had success as an athletic and instructional leader because of relationships coupled with knowledge of the craft. Humility and self reflection are missing from many leaders. The best leaders are servant leaders.

Today in SWOOOP Science CBPL at @Eisenhower_IB, we are using TLAC Strong Start techniques from @AldineISD in lesson rehearsals. We are using the CBPL rubric provided for us by @AISD7_12Science. The focus is on transition from the Do Now to phenomena demonstration and discourse.

I reflect daily as an instructional and former athletic leader in order to maintain and improve on becoming the type of leader that I would desire to follow. My motto is "Leadership is not where you can take a group of people to, but where they are willing to follow you to.
