Both elders & church members play a vital role in church government. Elders have real authority: appointed leaders with Christ-given responsibility to teach, guide, bind/loose. Church members have real privileges: they participate in decisions & must consent, but do not govern.

Many documents in the world are inerrant (meaning without error) in their content, yet only the 66 books of the Protestant cannon (i.e. Holy Bible) is ontologically infallible (meaning cannot contain error). Inerrancy and infallibility are not (nor can they be) the same concept.

.@NWhite_GA has a point.
It’s troubling that Presbyterians would celebrate a man converting from Baptist to Anglicanism, as if they don’t have far more in common with Reformed Baptists than Anglicans (RPW! Cov Theol, etc). It’s even more troubling b/c it shows what a sacred cow infant baptism really is.

Seeing this excellent class offering makes me ALMOST want to go back to seminary. almost. @FoundersMin's @FoundersSem under @tomascol, @DrDanger1689, and @VoddieBaucham is doing good stuff! They have THE @Tink830 teaching for them!. This seminary is worth paying attention to!.
