Reddit can quietly be one of your best lead sources. Here’s how and why 👇 Go to Google and search your primary keyword. For example: “best landscaper in Austin” or “roof repair in Denver.” If a Reddit thread shows up on page 1 (like “Who’s the best landscaper in Austin?”),

I contacted ~10 companies for quotes and quotes ranged from $600 (labor only) to $5,909 (labor plus material) Only 1 had a semblance of a sales process 0 followed up after giving their quote Should I start a flooring business?

I have this small studio which I’m thinking about ripping out the carpet and replacing with LVP. What color would you paint the walls? Here is a before and after flooring has been replaced

Spoke too soon, inspector later found a leak that cost me $600 to fix but that should be the most urgent issue Not too bad
Bought my triplex with no inspection contingency only having walked it once I cannot describe the amount of relief I felt today when the inspector told me the biggest problem I have is that my water heaters may be getting a little old

I wonder if a @JoinCrowdHealth model would work for general liability insurance. Different incentives to produce a different outcome
Insurance is a scam. Explain to me how it is not… You are required to have it. You pay monthly premiums. If you use it then your premiums go up. Why are you punished for using something that you are required to have? You are forced to get it but punished for using it.

Is this guy just subbing government contracts out to random people? Find it hard to imagine they expect someone to bid on this facility without touring it first

You’re not gonna believe this but one of my best and longest recurring customers didn’t come from SEO, Fb ads, word of mouth etc. They actually came from GROUPON
