I was able to finally implement types with Pyright. There's some unsightly `Any`'s but for now it will do.

I am creating a side-project powered by @djangoproject and #Python and decided to use types similar to @typescript to introduce type-safety and oh boy it's harder than #TypeScript. I had to install stubs similar to @types and configure #Pyright to ensure I am typing correctly.

@djangoproject @typescript @TypeS The urge to use `Any` and `cast` is high. If this is a #TypeScript project I could have easily fight the urge. I used #Python for many years without types and just had the urge and curiosity to use types and it's hard. Really hard. I wish it was easy.
