A bit daunting when I realised quite how many people were in the audience, especially as I was talking about career plans changing due to chronic illness. I wrote it with my past-self in mind, so hopefully it will help some students in a similar position.

Had a great time at a 6th form STEM conference last week talking to students from Folkestone and Dover grammar schools about my career path from A-Level to now!

This is a non-profit study funded by @ARIES_DTP @NERCScience, conducted at @ueaenv in partnership with @RSPBScience 4/4.

To understand potential winners and losers of land management options, multi-taxa analysis is being conducted using biological records from the protected landscapes highlighted on the map. If you have data in these areas, please contact franky.rogers@uea.ac.uk 3/4

This #BiodiversityAudit will collate management requirements for invertebrates and plants found in the landscape. For this, validation and specialist input is needed to capture the knowledge not found in literature. Willing to contribute? DM or ✉️franky.rogers@uea.ac.uk 2/4
