I love how all the discourse here is about the ethics of the reviewer and there is no criticism of the publisher who is seeking to exploit the labour of an academic by not paying them for work they do. Totally normalised - totally insane.

@Law_Leeds Are we focusing disproportionately on the impact of our research when the impact of our teaching could be much more profound?

So strange to be represented, not by some narcissistic sociopath that makes everything about him, or someone impenetrably stupid who thinks "the jury is out" on whether France is an ally, or someone so tin-eared and indifferent he leaves halfway through. To not feel shame. ~AA

One last absolutely damning stat 6 million people voted either reform or Green = 8 seats 9.6 million people voted for labour = 410 seats 751,316 people voting per seat gained by reform and greens vs 23,538 people voting per seat gained by labour

Both parties will learn the wrong lessons from this election - Tories will lurch further to the right becoming less popular and more fringe - Labour will go harder on immigration to appease reform when in reality they should go softer on Palestine

The UK needs a more representative voting system. FPTP works well when there is a binary choice between parties but yields fundamentally unfair results when a multitude of parties are involved @PaoloSandro2 @TimJSayer
