Today, a California judge dealt a huge blow to decentralized governance. Under the ruling, any DAO participation (even posting in a forum) could be sufficient to hold DAO members liable for the actions of other members under general partnership laws. It's time to DUNA.

People need to DYOR and assume the risk of complete loss when relinquishing custody of their assets to new/speculative smart contracts. The code dictates the result. Curious what the ToS says though.
Life isn't fair, but this ape selling for 10 ETH out from under the co-owners feels exploitative (1,400 ETH offer was rejected in the past). Multiple reasons to be cautious about participating in fractionalized assets now. Feel very sorry for the holders. Be careful out there.
