We also helped raise nearly $5000 for @RainbowOttawa, which, after they work out the bumps (they're new, give them a chance) is going to go directly to people in need. They're connecting with more experienced local organizers for help distributing the money in a responsible way.

Thank you all very much for donating to @sghottawa after members of the far-right convoy attacked a houseless person, hurled racial slurs at a security guard, harassed staff, and took food. You gave $815 and I matched it. Together we raised $1,630.

I feel Josh has been genuine and wants to keep making amends. He’s open to good faith criticism and wants to be accountable. If you have the space for it, plz show him some grace & support. He helped a man who tried to have me and my family killed. He apologized & I forgive him.
