4 months later, DDIA complete. All 12 chapters. Wonder how many people who post about this book have read the whole thing? Parting thoughts: - I see why it's so well regarded. Incredible breadth, well-researched, and many topics backed with examples and diagrams. - Writing v1

Can't find a single thing about this online, which is one of the things I love about books. Wikipedia remains incomplete.

Blog subscription emails will also be coming from SendGrid instead of Mailerlite soon enough. One of the biggest differences is that there'll be no silly link tracking which I could not opt out of with Mailerlite. So no scammy looking links and no browser warnings when ya click

EDB's 13th Engineering Newsletter is now out! This little project took on a life of its own and I am very happy to have stepped down as the main editor. It always was, and will continue to be, run by a team of individuals within engineering at EDB. Happy reading!

@eatonphil I came across your post when looking for help on syscalls in MLIR and it helped me a lot. I encountered segfaults, though, because the asm-constraint was incomplete: The syscall apparently also clobbers rcx and r11, so it should be `={rax},{rax},{rdi},{rsi},{rdx},~{rcx},~{r11}`.
