How you miss a blatant facemask penalty and then call an OPI at 3 yards. Sorry ass officiating crew needs to be investigated #KeepPounding

Lastly, Theo Wease Jr. Kinda overshadowed by Luther Burden, Theo Wease has been a quiet producer for Mizzou the passed 2 seasons. Not necessarily sure we need him, but he's another player who could sneakily boom from a LRP.

Jay Higgins is another guy i think could be a late round breakout. He's been a dog at Iowa every game he's played, made key plays and forced key turnovers consistently, and with a late pick the risk reward is too high to say no.

Mitchell Evans comes in as a guy who can block and catch passes. With Ian Thomas out, evans as a late round pick as a very good replacement and I think he personally has the same upside as Sam Laporta.

Burch, Sawyer, and Moore are all guys who were leaders on their P5 defenses and guys I think absolutely will not fall this far, but if you've seen the film you know they can ball. The film doesn't lie. Depth and the chance at a breakout is everything we need late in the draft.

Billy Bowman isn't a guy i'm completely sold on but the physicals are all the way there, with good coaching I think he could be a solid free safety for us over the top, and with a 4th round pick you can only lose so bad.

In the 3rd we come in with some DAWGS. DAN MORGANS WANTS DOGS, and Barrett Carter and Smoke Mondon in the 3rd is too good to pass on. Both of these guys are very quick, can play the pass or run, and with our abysmal run defense last season, these guys would be massive improvement

at 58, another WR isn't ideal but I couldn't fathom the idea of passing on Tre Harris late in the 2nd. Another weapon for BY9, whom has exceptional speed and hands and could become a monster receiver with mentorship from veteran adam thielen. This pick is future prep overall.

Golden has had plenty of productive years dating back to his underclassmen days with LU, really good route runner and posted a 4.3 40 time. We follow up with a much needed edge in the second round, with a slight bit of versatility and effectiveness in run defense.

Ideally, if I'm the Panthers and a player of need isnt their at 8, I'd say we trade back. In this mock, we trade 8 to houston and aquire 18, 50 & 58. Matthew Golden would provide us with a burner who can stretch the field if Tet is taken which he most likely will be.

Nick Nash and Jimmy Horn both self explanatory. Nash is a fundamentally sound receiver who has sure hands an we need that in our wr room especially with a late round pick. Horn is a burner and a playmaker who could contribute on gadget plays and special teams.

Like Lachey is my sleeper tight end of the draft. Sitting in a poor system in iowa he's exceptional at blocking and very good in the receiving game. Could pop off like sam laporta, iowa is TEu.
