l'm very blessed and excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Thank you to my parents and all of the coaches and teammates that have helped me to reach this goal.

First Front Squat Rep test is in the books! by far the hardest one we will do all semester, 79% x8+ reps. Praise sets the mark at 427lb! We have 33 boys with a 300+ front squat right now. last year we only had 9. Work Wins! #NeverDaunted
