Ok. One last cider on my last night in Australia. Came here expecting little, on a whim to escape August heat/crowds, assuming I’d be bored by the bougie, and now a month later, don’t think I’ve ever been more wrong about a place. Sydney might be my new favorite world city.

The Federal government making moves towards the mandatory allocation of superannuation assets to government pet projects that are already funded via existing taxes. Claim that superannuants have a long term investment horizon, but just enacted a tax on unrealised capital gains!
