I'm trying to solve these in a functional style but I've noticed my functional solutions have been slow. It usually takes "memoization" using one of Dotnet's mutable data structures to speed things up.

Part 2 finally gets the right answer. Wew!!.

The exercise, Part 2, generates *A LOT* of duplicated data so I memoized the rule/stone creation function using a Dotnet Dictionary<>. Part 2 went from never completing to just a few hundred milliseconds. 😳😅😂.
