https://t.co/vVFYDO74hm Thom Hartmann brilliantly explains why the billionaires behind Trump want to return the US to the Gilded Age when there was no middle class: FDR created it by expanding the federal gov't. There were only peasants and a few Robber Barons who paid no taxes.

@DOGE_NIDDK Want to drop the "K" from #NIDDK? Healthy ppl don't cost $. I solved dialysis 31 yrs ago but #NIDDK ignored me. Healthy ppl don't cost $. To save $4T/yr, just give the VA back to the PHS and order it to improve patient outcomes.

Despite being a kidney doctor, I hate dialysis stories. I made dialysis obsolete over thirty years ago (1,2). Ninety percent of kidney failure can be prevented. The remaining 10% of patients should ideally get a cadav...

Why not take this opportunity to prevent dialysis instead? It has been possible for over thirty years. Details are in the references here: https://t.co/8fQxdutM5J

The best way to avoid the cost of dialysis is to avoid dialysis. Fortunately, that's been possible for thirty years, although the media hasn't shared the news. Healthcare is addicted to dialysis because it's so lucrati...

It took me 50 years to realize how to reform US healthcare. What do you think?

Trump insulted everyone but white men. No way he could have won by 6M votes, with 15M Democrats staying home. Only cheating--Trump and the GOP's forte--could explain this completely improbable event. Since half the vote was by mail, I think the cheating involved mail-in ballots.

For the Democrats to concede this election would be like the German legislature giving Hitler total power and agreeing to stay home after the Reichstag burned. They could have always used another venue to represent the people.

Democrats give up too easily while Republicans fight too hard. The truth lies somewhere in between. Democrats cannot concede this election without finding out how the GOP stole 16M Democratic votes, enough to win the White House and Congress handily.

In 1933 the German press voiced no skepticism about the Reichstag Fire. Historians figured out much later that the Nazis did it. To save the US, we have to figure out how the GOP cheated this time. I cannot believe the majority of Americans want to burn the country down.

In 2000, Bush (via the Supreme Court) stole the election. In 2024, Trump (w/the Supreme Court's decision making him King) stole it again. A white supremacy, corporate, fascist party can never win in the USA. So it has to cheat. Figure it out, 4th Estate, and save our country FAST

The GOP's willingness to cheat is breathtaking. Democratic leaders don't yet see how anti-democratic and, yes, fascist, the GOP has become. What more will it take to see the GOP for who they are? And fight back more intelligently? #TrumpEqualsHitler #GOPequalsNazis

Once it's established that Democratic voters were undercounted in one Blue county, repeat in all of the Blue counties nationwide. I bet you'll find most of the 16M disappeared votes. In Chile, they'd be called "los desaparecidos."

If nobody knows enough code to see how the GOP cheated, then take a county where Kamala underperformed Biden '20 and recount the votes manually. There were many such counties--all highly improbable. No way Kamala was a worse choice than Biden '20 against a more dangerous Trump.

The GOP is very good at cheating in plain sight. January 6th was no love fest, it was a failed violent coup. This week the GOP perfected the intent of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 passed under then Cheater-in-Chief GW Bush. 16M votes were erased from the computers.

In a contest for the very survival of our democracy, there's no way that 16M Democrats, who understood as a Party exactly what was at stake in this election, could have possibly stayed home. 20% of the Democratic Party did not give up beforehand. Think GOP cheating instead.

I don't see how 20% of Democrats could fail to vote in a crucial election. 16M votes were "disappeared" if not transferred to Trump. What proof is there that the Diebold machines weren't fixed? The GOP have shown themselves to be clever cheaters who'll do anything to win.
