On 04 Sep 2024, while burning trash on an airfield near Novocherkassk, Rostov obl, rosguard (685th mixed aviation regiment, в/ч 3686) accidentally also burned down a fueled Mi-8 (w/ equipment on board) – fire spreaded by the wind to dry grass. Damages est. 574.23M rubles (~ $7M).

Some intact photos as well. Since the loading-into-An-124 photo lacks z-wastika, I cannot tell if it's just old or it's how those Mi-24VP's were moved from the baltic fleet airfields into Crimea and the sign was added there.

In a memorial video for the drowned crew of russian Mi-24VP "39 red" RF-34200 (that "disappeared from radars" while confronting Ukrainian USV's on 10 Apr 2024) russians made some wreck photos public, confirming the ID of the airframe.
Tokarchuk, Shayakhmetov and Stepin. They all served in one of the units in Kaliningrad Oblast, but were deployed to Kacha Air Base, Crimea. Solovey (not in the photo) served in Kacha.

Based on sat imagery and reasoning contain in this thread, it appears that six Ka-52 and two Mi-8 were destroyed (red), two Mi-8 damaged beyond repair (orange), three Ka-52 damaged beyond repair but remains were removed on 18 Oct. (purple), four Mi-8 damaged (yellow)... (1/2)

russian aviation propagandist zemtsov has posted an image of a destroyed Ka-52 from 17 Oct 2023, either Berdyansk or Luhansk airfield. I've identified it with strong confidence as 85rd, RF-13437 from 440 ovp (s/n 35382616010). Example image attached, but based on more than that.
