Update on classes.. Beginners pilates are all FULL A few spaces left in the improves classes. Over 50s classes 1pm and 8pm on Tuesdays still have a few places Starting in 2 weeks!

Autumn exercise classes launching first week in October in the CYMS hall Newmarket. Over 50s exercise classes and pilates for beginners, improvers and advanced. 8 week block of classes designed and ran by our excellent health professionals. Please get in touch for more info!
