All of our libraries and the archives will be closed on the morning of Monday 22nd December, for our annual staff training day however, we will be open from 2pm.

The team from Brierley Hill Library had a wonderful time when they visited the Red House Glass Cone for their Storytime and craft session on Tuesday where everyone's favourite Patchwork elephant, Elmer was the star of the show! Sessions run fortnightly from 10:30am.

Coming to Dudley Library at 19.00 on the 17/6/25 is 'Crown Her With Ivy', by Lorna Rose A multi-actor performance piece about the relationship between Ariadne and Dionysus which debuted at the Raising Steam Festival of 2024. A Q&A will follow.

Coming to Stourbridge Library at 18.30 on the 19/6/25 is a rehearsed read of a brand new play by Laura Liptrot, based on her novel series The Garden of Time. The piece promises to be visiting Midlands theatres very soon. Catch us while you can!

Coming to Coseley Library at 19.00 on the 10/6/25 are I.I. Laverick and N.J. Lawton a local pair who write in the Steampunk Mystery Genre. The first novel they released together, The Pith and the Pendulum, is available now and they're now working on the next book in the series.
