What do I have to do to get a faulty pre-paid electricity meter fixed or replaced? 3 days of no electricity last week and going on for the same this week. Numerous calls to @CityofCT and still no one fm Electricity Dept, despite promises. @geordinhl.

Thanks @WesternCapeGov for reopening #ClarenceDrive. Just been back and forth, and the one-way system works very well. Didn't stop for more than a minute at each of the six stops along the drive. Whew, but the road was badly damaged in the Heritage weekend storm.

We have been clients of @Vodacom for more than thirty years. We will not be clients for much longer if this is the way you treat us. It borders on harassment, and I cannot imagine that what you are doing is in any way legal. 6/6.

Trying to explain to one of your staff members that we want to cancel phones we didn't order and being told to "calm down" is not the way to make any client happy @Vodacom. I have every right to be VERY angry, and your staff should know how to speak to your clients. 5/6.

Then trying to deal with the @Vodacom call centre is the stuff of nightmares. Trying to get through to speak to someone is hard enough. Once you do, you're met with rude and frankly unhelpful staff. 4/6.

This is then followed by an sms from @Vodacom to say that your upgrade order has been completed. Which order, which quotation, and who authorised this? 3/6.

We have been literally hounded by @Vodacom call centre agents re contract upgrades. Despite telling them we're not interested, they "process a quotation" which you don't see. (Surely the point of a quotation is so that you can see what you might be getting?) 2/6.

Here is the @Vodacom masterclass in how to lose a client. We are trying for the second time in a month to cancel a contract upgrade that we didn't ask for or authorise. This is surely illegal and fraudulent? A thread 1/6 . .

Had to call @OUTsurance roadside assistance yesterday to help with a flat tyre we couldn't manage ourselves. 30 minutes from time of call to spare tyre fitted. Superb service. Thank you!.
