I recently had a hard time choosing between multiple job offers, so I spoke to a few people that I respect (who have way more experience than me). I'm going to share a few things I learned and some things I already knew about choosing an offer. It might help someone here: ✅

To submit a proposal at Uplift Group, volunteers are required to submit said proposal to multiple stakeholders, receiving & working on feedback from one before submitting it to the next. However, there's always the chance of a volunteer missing a step. Here's how I solved this.🧵

It feels so surreal to see that i actually got through with this challenge despite everything that came up personally for me in the last month. I’m glad that i could consistently put out new designs, learn and grow with it! I’m super elated.🎉

Day 30!🥹 - I designed a hotel management system dashboard, as a part of my Saas design exploration. This is a cloud based solution that would help hotels or hospitality companies efficiently manage activities in the company. #30daysdesignchallenge #hospitality

Day 29- I designed and animated a crypto wallet app landing page, CryptoGurdian. my goal was to create an informative section for the app, i enjoyed working on this!😊 #30daysofdesignchallenge #webdesign

Day 27 x 28 - I explored designing for Saas, a task management webapp for teams. The idea is to be able to streamline tasks and track progress in teams and organizations overall, I really enjoyed working on this. #30daysdesignchallenge #saas #uidesign

Day 26- I explored using micro interactions to create engaging shopping experience for an e-commerce product, Buddy. #30daysdesignchallenge #webdesign #uidesign #ecommerce

Day 24 x 25- I did a redesign of an insurance agency landing page. The goal was to improve the visual appearance and communication of the website through the use of engaging visual elements and colors. #30daysdesignchallenge #Webdesign

Day 22 x 23- I designed and animated a loader and hero section of an amusement park website. I had this idea, that i found amusing and was further inspired by an awwwards website i saw earlier, so i decided to try it out and i love how it came together. #30daysdesignchallenge

Day 21: I designed and animated a web based music player, MUSIC2D. The player animation was inspired by vinyl records. I really loved working on this and i’m so pleased with the result. :) #30daysdesignchallenge #uidesign #webdesign #music

Day 20 (yayyy🎉) - I designed a smart hotel room control system. By providing guests with this, hotels can improve their guest experience significantly. The aim of the UI design was to create intuitive, easy-to-use controls. #30daysdesignchallenge #uidesign #uxdesign

Day 18 & 19 - I designed a social media management dashboard in light and dark mode. I really liked working on this product, the concept is that it helps people view and manage analytics of all their social media accounts in one place. #30daysdesignchallenge #dashboarddesign

I really loved working on this because it provided an opportunity to see how @zillow helps people and being able to communicate that in a more visually appealing way was exciting!
