DSA-LA & Keep LA Housed are demanding that City Council update LARSO to cap the rent at 60% of CPI with a ceiling of 3%, remove utility pass-throughs, and remove additional occupant 10% increases–and apply the formula to all RSO units!.

For decades, the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance (LARSO) has allowed landlords to increase rents beyond inflation rates year after year.
