Another Day.By TCF. I haven’t had one for a lifetime, .Forgotten the stories read at bedtime. Lived my life without a guide, .Raising my children with a sense of pride. Still in my thoughts but no longer sad, .Life moved on without you Dad. #fathersday

#OTD 11 years ago I stood ready to run across the USA. I was raising awareness about addiction recovery. I probably did it in the hope that my brother Adrian would gain strength from it. He didn’t and died from overdose in 2020. I’m sorry I didn’t try harder brother.💔

30 years in my wallet. It’s from a friend who spent time in jail for a moment of madness. He talks about missing the rain, his mates and finally, he sends love to my family. I keep this as a reminder to never judge anyone and never take anything for granted.
