Medicine has a strange culture: we shame learners for not knowing instead of teaching them how to learn. Curiosity grows in safety, not humiliation. If your teaching needs humiliation, it isn't teaching — it's insecurity.

Kudos to all the doctors who handled the Emergency, not to forget (Please raise voice) that a PIMS Resident is getting around 350/- per hour and House Officer is getting around 240/- per hour.
Excellent job done by hospitals in Islamabad specially after today’s horrific incident. As per PIMS data they received 149 individuals, 28 dead and 121 injured. Critical care was given and none of injured lost life. 20 major surgeries done so far, 5 underway, 60 blood

Let’s stop pretending we have it all together. Let’s normalize being human in healthcare. 4/4

I breathe, refocus, and remind myself that it's okay not to have all the answers. I miss workouts. I get overwhelmed. I break down sometimes. But I showed up. And that counts. If you’ve ever felt the same—you’re not alone. 3/

I’m not always calm. I’m not always certain. I felt helpless when I didn’t have answers. We’ve all, at some point, thought of leaving medicine or at least choosing an easier path. But in those tough moments, I’ve learned to take a step back. 2/

Some days, medicine feels like a victory. Other days, it feels like a battle. There are days I feel confident and capable. Then there are days I question everything. I still compare myself to colleagues who seem to know more, move faster, decide quicker. 1/
