oh, yeah and 5. caffeine is your friend (in moderation) - will help stave off fatigue early in day - avoid within 6 hours of planned bedtime

3. plan catch-up sleep - it may take until the weekend - give yourself grace until you catch up 4. do "simple" tasks - your brain power is taxed - save real cognitive load until you've caught up - this promotes efficiency & prevents more stress hope this helps #owz

1. prep and/or seek out protein-rich, healthy foods - avoid sugary food/drink - supplementation with bars or shakes is fine 2. add exercise during the day - can be brief (20-30mins) - will help relieve stress - resets circadian rhythm so you can sleep the next night 🧵...
