(10/10) I pray before the respected @DGCAIndia, @JM_Scindia, @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago to pls help me get what I deserve for the mismanagement done by @IndiGo6E causing me financial, physical and mental turmoil. I also urge @PieterElbers to please take cognizance of this

(9/10) was basically a physical and mental turmoil to me as a passenger of @IndiGo6E. I have already exchanged numerous e-mails on this with @IndiGo6E customer care and they just don't want to really see what I went through and giving me this meager compensation of INR 10,500.

(8/10) i mean the problem was that i missed my connecting flight because of @IndiGo6E and then I had to stay in Istanbul because of @IndiGo6E and yet I had to bear the USD 45 VISA fees to reach the accommodation allocated by Turkish airlines. The whole journey back to delhi

(7/10) later I had to stand in another queue to get an accommodation, since @IndiGo6E staff said (very casually) either stay at airport or get an accommodation from Turkish Airlines, we can't help now and since passenger gets an accommodation, passenger have to bear VISA expenses

(6/10) it was Indigo's staff that issued the boarding pass for next flight (almost after 16 hrs). I mean if they were only going to issue the boarding pass, then I the hell I was asked to stand in a queue for 7-8hrs? another example of how @IndiGo6E sees its passengers

(5/10) Problem was that indigo's staff did not help at all and asked me to stand in a long queue of Turkish airline's passengers to get the boarding pass for the next possible flight to Delhi. And I had to stand in that queue for almost 7-8 hrs,

(4/10) My flight (Indigo’s flight operated by Turkish Airlines) from Vienna to Istanbul got delayed by almost 2.5 – 3 hrs and my flight (Indigo operated flight) from Istanbul to Delhi left me because I reached the gate late by 6-7 mins. Missing the flight is not the problem here.

(3/10) @IndiGo6Ebasically thinks that its passengers are stupid to not know what their rights are and what exactly a passenger deserves. And damage to my baggage is after Indigo left me and a lot of other passengers stranded on Istanbul Airport.

(2/10) @IndiGo6E has offered me a meagre INR 10,500 which they say is as per their own COC guidelines i.e., INR 350 per Kg. Apparently, as per DGCA guidelines, this INR 350 per Kg is the compensation you get for damage to a Cargo and not the Passenger's baggage.

(1/10) Well I see @IndiGo6E doesn't really give any importance to @DGCAIndia guidelines on damage caused by them to my baggage while I was flying with them from Vienna to Delhi on 2-3 October 2023. While the DGCA guidelines allow me a compensation of 1,131 SDR (~USD 1,480)
