I made several FOI requests regarding the investigation of these deaths. Eventually 9 assessments were released to me, including several where the team investigation decision stated 'causality' for deaths in children and adults and shockingly the TGA did not convene VSIG for them.
In 2021, Australia's @TGAgovau refused an FOI asking for details of its investigation into 1000+ reported deaths related to covid-19 vaccine. This raises serious doubts that a thorough, independent investigation into covid-19 vaccine-related deaths was ever conducted in.

A £14,000 fine for bribing children to take a prescription pharmaceutical with a clear unfavourable risk benefit profile in young age groups. The regulators imposing this fine seem to have no grasp on the seriousness of this misconduct. I hope the courts will do better when young.
Moderna fined just £14,000 after the company bribed children, via WhatsApp, to test its Covid vaccine. Offering £1,500 to a child to test a product which has no benefit to them, and which could injure or kill them, should be a criminal offence.

@Latestfrom7NEWS @bethan_yeoman Please have the empathy to imagine a parent finding their teenager dead in bed before you disrespectfully call people names for discussing important safety issues. Maybe you should speak to some of these parents more, and give medical advice less.
