Love this—thanks @sargsyanz! Despite being from 1981 w/ a small sample, this remains the best resource on what to expect w/ steroids—like how high neutrophils ⬆️ & for how long. Essential for avoiding misattributing Sxs to steroids when another cause might be at play #MedTwitter

Question for #MEDTwitter Is there a way to perform a 6 degrees of pubmed where you put in 2 researchers and find the shortest path between them? #pubmed

EHRs need a clean way to HOLD meds at discharge—a common scenario. It’s not the same as “continue” (confusing & risky) or “discontinue” (inaccurate & a headache, especially for meds needing pre-auth or extra work to restart). #MedTwitter

It’s striking how one negative interaction can overshadow a day filled with many truly great moments—but the good is still there. I try to focus on those. #MedTwitter

We need to take a moment to thank the @CPSolvers community for bringing excitement back to uncovering common diagnoses. A) Epidemiology means we owe expertise in navigating common problems to our patients B) It brings so much joy to medicine @Sharminzi @rabihmgeha @DxRxEdu
